References can be in the form of teachers, student counselors, coaches, pastors, neighbors, friends, mentor or anyone you've made an impact on.
Who can apply?
Applicants must be Graduating high school students in the Salem-Keizer School District and/or Chemawa Indian School. Applicants also must identify as Native American, Latinx, Black, Asian, Pacific Islander, or otherwise as a person of color
